Role Overview
We are seeking a visionary and driven Co-Founder (Non-Technical) who will play a critical role in the growth and success of Ferct. As a key leader, you will focus on securing funding, building relationships with investors, and strategically scaling our business. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, strong financial acumen, and the ability to passionately communicate our vision to potential stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Fundraising Leadership: Develop and execute strategies to secure funding from venture capitalists, angel investors, and other potential funding sources.
• Investor Relations: Build, nurture, and maintain relationships with investors, presenting a compelling case for investing in Ferct.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the technical co-founder and leadership team to shape the company’s vision, strategy, and growth plans.
• Pitch Development: Create and deliver persuasive pitches, presentations, and investment materials that align with Ferct’s mission and goals.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges in the goal achievement and personal development space.
• Partnership Building: Identify and establish strategic partnerships that enhance Ferct’s market position and value proposition.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other co-founders and key team members to align operational, financial, and marketing strategies.

Qualifications

• Proven skills  or experience in raising capital, securing funding, or managing investor relations, preferably in a startup or entrepreneurial environment.
• Strong network within the investment community, including venture capitalists, angel investors, and private equity firms.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to inspire confidence and excitement in potential investors.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and a strong belief in Ferct’s mission.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment.
• Solid understanding of financial modeling, market analysis, and business development.
• Previous startup experience or experience as a co-founder is highly desirable.
