Job Summary:

This is a key role in the Operations Team overseeing the day-to-day operations of the ROI Support, Quality Control, Fulfillment, and Data Capture teams as well as oversight of the Phoenix Service Center. This leadership role interacts with all levels within the organization and plays a key role in communicating quality levels, new processes, quality problems and Operations status to the rest of the organization. This job requires strong technical skills including intermediate or higher Excel skills, strong written and communication skills and the ability to coach and develop direct reports in the various areas of operations management and people leadership.

Essential Functions:

  • Provide hands on direction and support for all Central Operations Teams
  • Oversee ROI Support, Data Capture, Quality Control and Fulfillment production teams to ensure TATs are met
  • With the assistance of the department managers, oversee the vendor relationships, for both production and equipment vendors
  • Train and coach departmental leads and managers
  • Manage operations projects to ensure completion in a timely manner
  • Assist with the standardization of key quality and operational processes throughout organization
  • Manage key operational reporting metrics, track and report these results to executive management on monthly, quarterly and/or annual basis
  • Assist in the implementation of new products/processes in Central Operations as well as coordinate with field operations throughout the company
  • Work collaboratively on cross-functional teams to implement new processes/procedures throughout company
  • Oversee facility-related issues as required for security, workflow, move considerations, etc.
  • Work closely with Solutions, IT and software development to support the needs of the field and central operations
  • Assist with cost savings initiatives for operations throughout the company
  • Oversee the effort to create and maintain documentation for training and process improvement within the Central Operations Teams
  • Oversee the training on new process and procedures for Central Operations and assist the Learning & Development Team as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, operations management or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of relevant and progressively responsible experience in operations with preference to those with document imaging, content management and/or business process management experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience leading a production team with demonstrated people management skills
  • Excellent computer skills to include intermediate or better Excel skills, SQL database experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing with all levels internally and externally
  • Strong technical writing skills to document existing and new processes
  • The ability to troubleshoot production issues, execute root cause analyses and implement process changes to minimize recurrence of errors

  • Maintain privacy of all patient, employee and volunteer information and access such information only on a need to know basis for business purposes
  • Comply with all regulations regarding corporate integrity and security obligations
  • Report unethical, fraudulent or unlawful behavior or activity
  • Maintain annual HIPAA certification
