Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop social media strategies: Create and execute social media strategies that align with our business goals and target audience.
  • Content creation: Design engaging content (text, images, and videos) for various platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, and Pinterest.
  • Scheduling and posting: Manage the content calendar and schedule posts using social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
  • Engage with the community: Actively engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster community interaction.
  • Growth and outreach: Develop tactics to grow followers, increase engagement, and drive traffic to our website through organic and paid strategies.
  • Influencer collaboration: Identify and collaborate with influencers or brand advocates to expand reach and create authentic content.
  • Analytics and reporting: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other platform-specific analytics.
  • Stay updated on trends: Keep up with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and apply them to improve our online presence.
  • Campaign optimization: Continuously test and optimize posts, ads, and strategies to improve social media performance.

 

Required Skills:

  • Social media platform expertise: Proficiency in using and managing social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Pinterest.
  • Content creation skills: Experience in creating visually appealing posts, including basic graphic design, photography, and video editing skills.
  • Copywriting: Ability to craft compelling captions, headlines, and engaging content tailored to each platform.
  • Social media tools: Proficiency with scheduling and analytics tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or similar platforms.
  • Community management: Experience in building and managing an engaged social media community.
  • Data analysis: Ability to interpret social media analytics, spot trends, and derive insights to improve strategy.
  • Creativity: A strong sense of creativity in coming up with engaging content ideas and unique ways to engage with an audience.
