ChatGPT has many potential applications in various domains, such as education, entertainment, customer service, and more. One of the domains where ChatGPT can be useful is conferences and events. Conferences and events are organized gatherings of people who share a common interest, topic, or goal. They provide opportunities for learning, networking, collaboration, and innovation. ChatGPT can help conference and event organizers and attendees in several ways (figure 35).

3.7.1 Virtual assistants

 The applications of ChatGPT in conferences and events also cover the development of intelligent chatbots and virtual assistants. These AI systems can be used to support conference attendees and answer their queries, such as providing information on the conference program, session schedules, and speaker bios. The Use of ChatGPT can help to improve the efficiency of the conference and event support process and provide a better experience for the attendees. ChatGPT can help researchers, students, and academic staff find the best conferences and events for them, suggest ways to improve their presentations and interactions, and prepare them for feedback and evaluations.

ChatGPT can motivate and encourage conference and event organizers and attendees throughout their journey. The advanced AI model can provide positive reinforcement, emotional support, and inspiration to conference and event organizers and attendees who may face challenges, difficulties, or conflicts along the way. ChatGPT can offer personalized advice and feedback to conference and event organizers and attendees according to their preferences.
