To view manager dashboard partnerships for registered users only, click on left sidebar, then click on opportunities, after that select partnerships,

To see all the partnerships that you are acting as a project manager, click on the "Manager Dashboard" button.
To see all partnerships that you are acting as a project partner, click on the "applicant dashboard" button.

Only verified business owners or academics, can create new partnerships. The partnership manager is the person who creates the partnership from.
